Dieser brandy ist ein Blend aus verschiedenen Fässern und wurde von Jean Fillioux kreiert. Er reifte für mindestens 51 Jahre in einem Eichenfass und wurde 2022 (02/2022) in drinking strength mit 45.5% aus Fass #55-60 abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Alambic Charentais (Pot Still) verwendet.
