Vincent has been intensively involved in Armagnac distillation for a year and has recently begun distilling his own Armagnac (2 hectares of vineyards planted with Folle Blanche and Baco grapes) in his ancient alembic. For the tasting, Vincent has selected four samples of unaged Armagnacs and will share a wealth of interesting information about the production of Armagnac.
