Dieser Cognac wurde 1965 von Les Grandes Jouberteries aus Ugni Blanc Trauben in Fins Bois (Cognac), Frankreich hergestellt.

Er reifte für 58 Jahre in einem Lagerhaus und wurde 2025 (02/2025) von Authentic Spirits in Fassstärke mit 49.6% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Alambic Charentais (Pot Still) verwendet.

Achtung Vorbestellung! Aurélien bringt die Flaschen persönlich zum Armagnac Festival zu uns nach Stuttgart. Auslieferung Ende Mai.

Aurélien von Authentic Spirits schreibt zum Les Grandes Jouberteries Lot 65: "Vincent Merle runs an estate in the Fins Bois region that was created in 1913 by his great-grandfather Joseph. The family now owns 15 hectares of Ugni Blanc for the production of its cognac and pineau. This very old Fins Bois comes from the last remaining cask of a cognac distilled in the mid-1960s."
