Authentic Spirits Cognac La Prenellerie Lot 73 70cl

Dieser Cognac wurde 1973 von La Prenellerie aus Ugni Blanc Trauben in Bons Bois (Cognac), Frankreich hergestellt.

Er reifte für 50 Jahre in einem Eichenfass und wurde 2024 (10/2024) von Authentic Spirits in Fassstärke mit 52.6% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Alambic Charentais (Pot Still) verwendet.

Achtung Vorbestellung! Aurélien bringt die Flaschen persönlich zum Armagnac Festival zu uns nach Stuttgart. Auslieferung Ende Mai.

Aurélien von Authentic Spirits schreibt zum Prenellerie Lot 73: "Domaine La Prenellerie, located on the clay-limestone hillsides of the Gironde estuary, has been producing Cognac since 1972. At its head, Guy Billonneau, understanding that the earth was his working tool and that it had to be preserved, engaged in sustainable agriculture in 1984 before passing it on to his son Frédéric who decided, in 2015, to begin a conversion to organic and organic wine."
