Dieser Armagnac wurde 1994 auf Domaine de Pere aus Baco und Ugni Blanc in Bas Armagnac, Frankreich hergestellt.

Die Domaine liegt in Bourouillan auf sandy soils und umfasst 105 hectares.

Er reifte für 30 Jahre und wurde 2024 von Darroze in Fassstärke mit 48,5% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Alambic Armagnacais (Column Still) verwendet.

Armagnac Darroze schreibt zur Domaine de Pere: "Pierre Dufréchou is a passionate man. On his 50-hectare estate in the commune of Bourrouillan, he produces Côtes de Gascogne du Floc and Armagnac wines, as well as magnificent Armagnac eaux de vie. The classic boulbènes soils of this part of the appellation produce Armagnacs of great finesse and long ageing potential. The vineyards are planted with Baco and Ugni Blanc grapes. Pierre Dufréchou has been distilling wines since 1978, and takes great care with his ageing. Since 2020, Darroze has also been distilling some Armagnacs at the Domaine de Péré, which are then aged in the Labastide d’Armagnac cellars."
