Swell de Spirits Swell & Co #2 Grosperrin N65

This cognac was made in France in 19 65 by an unnamed cognac producer from Ugni Blanc grapes. Swell de Spirits obtained the cask from the well-known cognac negotiant Grosperrin.

It matured in barrel for 55 years in an oak barrel and was bottled in 2021 (11/2021) at cask strength with 56.70% . An Alambic Charentais (Pot Still) was used for the distillation.

“An intoxicating experience back from the pâtissier with chocolate lollipops, liquorice, orange sorbets, butterscotch, balls of cloves and candied ginger.”
