Dieser Armagnac wurde 1987 von Domaine de Pellehaut aus Ugni Blanc Trauben in Armagnac Ténarèze, Frankreich hergestellt.

Er reifte für 31 Jahre in einem feuchten Lagerhaus und wurde 2020 (03/2020) in Fassstärke mit 48,8% abgefüllt. Die Abfüllung stammt aus Fass Nr. A219. Für die Destillation wurde eine Alambic Armagnacais (Column Still) verwendet.

Domaine de Pellehaut

Domaine de Pellehaut is by far the largest winery in our portfolio and has been making their own Armagnac since the 70's. In addition to numerous blends, there is also a wide range of vintages, which are bottled at cask strength and as a single cask. The brothers Martin and Mathieu Béraut follow two tracks: Folle Blanche for the younger vintages (from 1992) and Ugni Blanc for the older ones between 1973 and 1990).
