Dieser Armagnac ist ein Blend aus verschiedenen Fässern und wurde von Domaine Séailles kreiert. Er reifte für mindestens 21 Jahre in einem Eichenfass und wurde 2022 (03/2022) in cask strength mit 51.0% aus Fass #20.0 abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Alambic Armagnacais (Column Still) verwendet.

Domaine Séailles
Domaine Séailles is an organic winery in Ténarèze and one of the few domaines in Armagnac that (since 2002) produce organic certified Armagnac from Ugni Blanc grapes. But the older vintages are also extremely impressive, as they particularly emphasize the individuality of the individual vintages. Hardly any vintage tastes like a second, which always conjures up surprises on the palate.
