Dieser Rum wurde 2020 von der Mim Cashew & Agricultural Products Ltd. Destillerie aus Zuckerrohrsaft in Ghana hergestellt.

Er reifte für 4 Jahre in einem Eichenfass und wurde 2025 von RumClub in Fassstärke mit 64.3% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Pot Still verwendet.

Das RumClub Team schreibt zum Ghana 2020: "Ghana hat eine wachsende Rumszene mit mehreren Destillerien, die außergewöhnliche Spirituosen herstellen. Mim Cashew & Agricultural Products Ltd. ist einer dieser spannenden Produzenten. Die familiengeführte Bio-Cashewplantage im Westen Ghanas produziert erstklassige Cashewnüsse, Cashewbrandy und feinsten Rum aus frischem Zuckerrohrsaft.

Dieser besondere Single Cask Rum wurde 2020 in der 2.000-Liter-Pot-Still-Anlage destilliert. Nach seiner Ankunft in Europa reifte er vier Jahre lang in einem ehemaligen Bourbonfass. Das Ergebnis ist ein lebendiges, blumiges Aroma, das durch holzige Noten wunderbar ergänzt wird und dem Rum ein komplexes und reichhaltiges Geschmacksprofil verleiht. Dieser Single Cask Rum wurde in Fassstärke abgefüllt, wodurch sein voller Charakter ohne Zusatzstoffe erhalten bleibt."
