Cognac Sponge #8 Fins Bois Heritage N.88 70cl

Dieser Cognac wurde 1988 von Vallein Tercinier aus Ugni Blanc Trauben in Fins Bois (Cognac), Frankreich hergestellt.

Er reifte für 33 Jahre in einem Eichenfass und wurde 2023 für Cognac Sponge in Fassstärke mit 48.8% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Alambic Charentais (Pot Still) verwendet.

Sponge schreibt zu diesem Cognac: "For Cognac Sponge Edition No.8 we have partnered with the great family estate, Vallein Tercinier, and selected a gorgeous single cask of Heritage N.88 Fins Bois.

This is a dangerously easy, relaxed and chilled out example of Fins Bois, with abundant green and yellow fruits, grassy notes, citrus, honey and a perfect balance of power and freshness on the palate.

It is ideal for sipping luxuriously while lounging in a public park and performatively reading Ulysses by James Joyce, while wearing novelty sunglasses."
