Dieses Eau de Vie wurde 2022 von La Salamandre aus Williams Birnen in Frankreich hergestellt.
Er ruhte für mehr 2 Jahre in einem Stahltank und wurde 2024 für Swell de Spirits in Trinkstärke mit 51.0% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Pot Still verwendet.
Swell de Spirits schreibt zum Wild Nature #13 folgendes:
"Play with 80s pop while savoring this legendary pear brandy. Perfect for a Normandy hole, pure magic. Close your eyes, savor and dream of an endless summer road trip through France.
Color : Clear
Nose : An intense explosion of ripe, almost candied Williams pear, with notes of fresh fruit, a touch of iodine, pear sorbet, pear crumble, white pepper, candied lime, floral note of white flowers and a hint of sweet almond.
Palate : We bite into a juicy and fleshy pear, which instantly coats the palate with a gourmet roundness, frozen sorbet, spices, such as black pepper and cardamom, a slightly oily texture gives substance and length in the mouth.
Finish : Long and persistent. The aromas of ripe pear dominate, a hint of salinity, some spices, citrus zest.
Conclusion: A Williams Pear brandy from the La Salamandre distillery bottled at a different strength from the first in order to discover more intensity!"
