Dieser Rum Blend wurde vom Whisky Jury Team aus zwei Rums aus Thailand (20 Jahre im Eichenfass gelagert) und Liberia (ungelagert) komponiert. Beide Rums wurden aus Zuckerrohrsaft destilliert.
Das Whisky Jury Team schreibt zum Duo Chapter #3: "Oh yes, we are well aware nobody asked for this. Neither did we. But when we first tasted this unaged Liberia, we were really excited. This grassy, funky, sugar cane juice rum was so unique we felt it had to be discovered.
As it was unaged, we found a very interesting thai rum with a good amount of age (20 years old) to it that gave it extra balance and complexity. As we know this has yet to be discovered, we’ll take one for the team and make it an absolute no-brainer in terms of the price, even at this high ABV."
